Instructions for preparing, submitting, and publishing medical manuscripts with the International Global Journal of Medical Research and Practice.
Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal's prescribed template and formatting requirements. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal or publication.
The journal welcomes the following types of medical submissions:
Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to proofread their manuscripts before submission. Scientific and medical terminology should be used appropriately and consistently throughout the paper.

For studies involving human participants, clinical investigations, animal experiments, or healthcare interventions, authors must provide:
Ethical approval statements must be explicitly included in the manuscript.
For manuscripts involving clinical photographs, patient information, case reports, or medical imaging data, authors must obtain informed written consent from the participants or their legal guardians before submission. Authors are strictly responsible for protecting patient confidentiality and privacy.
The abstract should clearly summarize the objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the study (150–250 words). Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords immediately below the abstract.
Figures and tables must be clearly labeled and numbered consecutively. Medical images should strictly maintain patient anonymity. Identifiable patient information must not be disclosed without appropriate consent. Images should be of high publication-quality resolution.
References must be accurate, complete, and appropriately cited. Authors are encouraged to cite recent and relevant medical literature. The journal follows its prescribed reference style as provided in the manuscript template.
Before submission, authors should ensure that:
All manuscripts undergo plagiarism screening before peer review. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabricated data, or unethical content will be rejected immediately. Authors are solely responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.
All submitted medical manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process:
Authors are expected to submit authentic and original research, avoid fabrication or data manipulation, properly acknowledge contributions of others, comply with human/animal ethical standards, and maintain scientific integrity throughout.
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to study design, data collection, interpretation of results, and manuscript approval. Authorship changes after submission require written approval from all co-authors and the editorial office.
Authors must disclose any financial relationships, professional affiliations, or personal sponsorships. If no conflicts exist, authors may state: "The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest."
Authors submitting clinical trial studies are strongly encouraged to provide trial registration details (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov), ethical approval information, and follow CONSORT guidelines for clinical trial reporting.
If revisions are requested, authors should address all reviewer comments comprehensively in a point-by-point response letter and clearly indicate modifications in the revised manuscript.
A manuscript will be accepted for publication only after successful completion of peer review, ethical compliance verification, editorial approval, and formatting compliance.
Authors submitting manuscripts confirm that the work is original, permissions have been obtained, ethical requirements fulfilled, and the paper has not been simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
